石油鉆桿應用中的作用有哪些?

石油鉆桿是石油(you)天(tian)然氣勘探與開發(fa)過程(cheng)中使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)一種主(zhu)(zhu)要工具。它是組成(cheng)“鉆(zhan)(zhan)柱”的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)體(ti),占整個(ge)鉆(zhan)(zhan)柱長(chang)度的(de)(de)(de)80%~90%,其(qi)上方接(jie)方鉆(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)(gan),下方連(lian)鉆(zhan)(zhan)鋌。鉆(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)(gan)與方鉆(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)(gan)、鉆(zhan)(zhan)鋌之間通過短節、接(jie)頭(tou)等用(yong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)(gan)螺紋連(lian)成(cheng)整體(ti),其(qi)主(zhu)(zhu)要作(zuo)用(yong)是傳遞旋(xuan)轉扭矩和輸(shu)送鉆(zhan)(zhan)井液。

鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)(gan)在鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)(jing)過(guo)程(cheng)中要承受拉、壓、彎、扭、振(zhen)動(dong)載荷、旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)離心和起下(xia)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)時(shi)附加的(de)(de)動(dong)載等(deng)交(jiao)變(bian)作(zuo)用,同(tong)時(shi)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)(jing)液、鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)(jing)泥漿中溶解的(de)(de)酸性腐蝕介(jie)質及(ji)(ji)地層的(de)(de)氧化物等(deng)介(jie)質使(shi)(shi)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)(gan)內表面(mian)產生(sheng)嚴重的(de)(de)腐蝕;對(dui)于高壓氣體(ti)作(zuo)介(jie)質的(de)(de)氣體(ti)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)(jing),鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)頭破(po)碎的(de)(de)巖屑顆粒(li)對(dui)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)(gan)外表面(mian)也有極(ji)大的(de)(de)沖(chong)蝕,這些受腐蝕、沖(chong)蝕的(de)(de)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)(gan)在應力作(zuo)用下(xia)易失(shi)(shi)效、裂(lie)斷(duan),從而(er)造成(cheng)重大經(jing)濟(ji)損失(shi)(shi)。另因井(jing)(jing)隊使(shi)(shi)用維護鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)具不當(dang)造成(cheng)的(de)(de)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)(gan)絲扣(kou)粘結(jie),或(huo)使(shi)(shi)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)(gan)接頭體(ti)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)桿(gan)(gan)螺(luo)紋根部產生(sheng)裂(lie)紋,這些裂(lie)紋即使(shi)(shi)很小(xiao),若不能(neng)被及(ji)(ji)時(shi)發現(xian)而(er)繼續使(shi)(shi)用就會釀成(cheng)事故。

據(ju)資料介紹,平均(jun)每起(qi)鉆桿(gan)失效事(shi)故造(zao)成(cheng)的直接經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)損(sun)失約10余萬元,若鉆桿(gan)斷裂造(zao)成(cheng)埋井,其經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)損(sun)失可(ke)達數百萬元。為降(jiang)低事(shi)故發生(sheng),提(ti)高井下鉆桿(gan)使用的可(ke)靠性,降(jiang)低鉆井工程(cheng)成(cheng)本,提(ti)高經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)(ji)效益,對它們及時探傷是十分必要(yao)(yao)的,因而(er)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)一種探傷設備(bei),本文(wen)使用超聲波(bo)探傷儀對損(sun)傷加以(yi)檢測。

鉆(zhan)桿(gan)腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)常發生(sheng)在(zai)管(guan)體部分,且(qie)內(nei)壁較外(wai)(wai)壁更易(yi)發生(sheng)腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi),這(zhe)是(shi)因(yin)為外(wai)(wai)壁和井壁之間頻繁摩擦,有害物難(nan)以(yi)存(cun)留(liu),不(bu)易(yi)被腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)。在(zai)使用(yong)(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)介質(zhi)和交變(bian)應(ying)力(li)的(de)共(gong)同(tong)作用(yong)(yong)可(ke)以(yi)加(jia)速(su)腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)過(guo)程(cheng),而腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)作用(yong)(yong)又加(jia)速(su)了疲(pi)勞(lao)過(guo)程(cheng)。腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)疲(pi)勞(lao)失(shi)效受腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)環(huan)(huan)境和疲(pi)勞(lao)載荷兩種因(yin)素支配,鉆(zhan)桿(gan)在(zai)腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)介質(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)受交變(bian)載荷作用(yong)(yong)時,它的(de)疲(pi)勞(lao)壽命顯著降低(di),即是(shi)腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)和疲(pi)勞(lao)交互作用(yong)(yong)的(de)結果。鉆(zhan)桿(gan)腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)對鉆(zhan)桿(gan)主要是(shi)腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)坑(keng),在(zai)實(shi)際工作中(zhong)(zhong),在(zai)外(wai)(wai)加(jia)應(ying)力(li)和介質(zhi)的(de)共(gong)同(tong)作用(yong)(yong)下,腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)坑(keng)加(jia)速(su)擴大,在(zai)腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)坑(keng)底(di)部導致應(ying)力(li)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong),外(wai)(wai)加(jia)應(ying)力(li)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)一定周次后,腐(fu)(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)坑(keng)開始萌生(sheng)裂紋。
